Our Photographer
Simona launched her photography career as De Michelis Photography (because that’s her name!) in 2007, after graduating from the University of Arts London with a diploma in professional photography. Before this Simona was a marketing and PR manager which means she knows how much effort goes into putting together events, designing communication material, or marketing a product. She aims to do that effort justice and deliver your brief, as well as that bit extra; several images that maybe you hadn’t thought of that capture the spirit of your event and brand (we call this the Satsuma zest!).
This ability and attention to detail that distinguishes Simona as a corporate photographer, also translates well when shooting weddings and home portraits as it means the story of the day is told. Brides often mention how grateful they are that Simona caught not only the big moments but also the detail, as much of it passed them by in a haze of excitement.
Our Designer
Georgina teamed up with Simona to form Satsuma Photography in 2011. She also runs her own successful decorating company The Painting Lady (we designed that website too). Georgina brings to Satsuma her skills as a designer, taking care of our corporate image and also putting together beautiful bespoke wedding albums.
Being far too much of a people loving Satsuma to spend too much time in front of the computer you may also see her assisting on shoots. In addition Georgina finds meeting people a treat so can often be seen out and about spreading the Satsuma zest where ever she goes.
Our Location
